Pricing & Tax

All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding South African public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

Express Shipping 7–15 business days R150

Free Standard Shipping 15–30 business days On orders over R770

We deliver to physical addresses only — P.O. Boxes are not supported. Outlying or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We ship within South Africa only.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email to follow your parcel through our courier's website.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@cozycubbies.co.za and we'll resolve it promptly.
